Business Travel Insurance
UC employees traveling on official University business are provided insurance coverage for a wide variety of accidents or incidents that may occur while you are away from your primary workplace. If your travel arrangements are made through Connexxus (UC’s travel reservation system), then your trip is automatically registered for this coverage. For business travel reservations made outside of Connexxus, the trip can be registered manually at the link below. Please note that you can register any trip for this program, but you are strongly encouraged to register any business travel that takes you out of state or out of the country.
UC Business Travel Insurance Registration
In addition to the travel insurance link above, UC travelers are urged to also register your out-of-state or international trips with the iJet / Worldcue Traveler program. This site will help you prepare for your trip and will inform you of risks that may affect your travels. If you provide contact and trip itinerary information you will receive alerts as conditions change before and during your trip. You can access the Worldcue site at the end of the UC Business Travel Insurance registration.
